Nobel Prize Celebration 2017
On the occasion of the 28th anniversary of the award of the Nobel Peace Prize to His Holiness the 14th Dalai Lama, the annual celebration of TCSL took place on Saturday, 16 December.
Grand Tibet Solidarity Rally held in Geneva
Geneva, 9 June: Coinciding with 35th UN Human Rights Council session taking place in Geneva and according to official announcement of 2017 as Year of Campaign by the Kashag, Central Tibetan Administration, more than a thousand Tibetans and Tibet supporters and speakers from six European countries (Czech Republic, England, France, Germany, Italy and Switzerland) rallied on 9 June in Geneva to call on the international community and the United Nations Human Rights Council to act on Tibet.

CNN: The 15th edition of the beauty pageant for exiled Tibetan women wrapped up on Sunday in the small town of Dharamsala in northwestern India -- home to the Dalai Lama and the headquarters of Tibetan government-in-exile.

Latest self-immolation protest by a Tibetan reported in Tibet
A 24-year old Tibetan man named Pema Gyaltsen (also known as Pegyal) self-immolated at around 4pm local time, on March 18, 2017, near Tsoga monastery in Nyagrong, Kham, eastern Tibet.
