Luzern Tibetans celebrates Tibetan New Year ( Losar)

On 13th and 14th February Luzern Tibetan community celebrated Losar for two days. Kungoe Ngodup Dorjee la from Tibet Bureau presided over on the first day as chief guest accompanied by his staff.
