His Holiness the 14th Dalai Lama arrived in Switzerland

At the invitation of the Tibetan Community  of  Switzerland and Liechtenstein, His Holiness the 14th Dalai Lama arrived  this morning at 08.00am at the Zürich airport. The Abbot of the Tibet Institute of Rikon and many more representatives of Tibet organizations and over 400 Tibetan gathered to hearty welcomed His Holiness the 14th Dalai Lama. 

His Holiness the 14th Dalai Lama  came by car from Basel to the Grand Hotel Les Trois Rois, Tibetan greeted with a colorful welcome dances and songs. Also many compatriots and friends of Tibet were on the spot to welcome to H.H. the 14th Dalai Lama.

In the St. Jakobshalle the preparations and work were outstanding and the market hall was opened with various stuffs.

Thousands of people have already gathered in St. Jacobshalle to validate the ticket for the teachings, speech and lectures of His Holiness the 14th Dalai Lama.

At sharp 18.30pm the slide show of York Hovest "Hundred Days in Tibet" was began. York Hovest shared his journey in Tibet with full of touchable  moments in Tibet also brought with interesting lectures to a packed hall too, in total it was a great day to all of the people.
