DHARAMSHALA, November 20: China on Wednesday expressed its displeasure over a Spanish court’s orders to issue arrest warrants to former Chinese leaders including retired Presidents Jiang Zemin and Hu Jintao.

Spain's National Court has issued arrest warrants for former Chinese President Jiang Zemin and four other officials on suspicion of involvement in alleged genocide in Tibet.

Tibetan sources tell VOA that Tsering Gyal, a 20 year old Tibetan monk of Akyong Monastery from Pema County, Golok Tibetan Prefecture, Qinhai Province set himself on fire around 6.00 PM local time on November 11, 2013. Gyal is survived by his mother Rindol and father Sherphun.
